Before you check
State insulin cap laws only reach state-regulated plans. If your employer is self-funded, which is most large employers, state law does not apply to you. Ask HR whether your plan is fully insured or self-funded. Medicare, Medicaid, and uninsured patients are covered by different rules entirely.
